    POINTUP - BUSINESS PROCEDURES AND WARRANTIES OF THE PARTIES IN

    A MERCHANDISE NEGOTIATION.
    1º The 1st Buyer issues LOI (Letter of Intent) or ICPO (Purchase Order Irrevocable) + BCL (Bank Letter of Financial Capacity) or RWA (Authorization of Credit Verification) + NCNDA (Confidentiality and Integrity Agreement) + IMPFA (Partnership Agreement) and Commissioning) + Copy of the Passport of the Buyer and Intermediaries.
    2º The seller, after receiving the ICPO + RWA + BCL, will evaluate the capacity Buyer's finances at your expense.

    3º If the buyer approves it, the seller will formalize the "FCO" (Corporate Offer Complete) or "Project" (Draft Contract) and will reserve the supply of the product in the calendar.

    4º After the "Contract" signed by the parties, the seller sends the "Invoice" (Invoice) for the buyer to request the issuance of the "SBLC/DLC" (Letter of Credit)*

    6º Payments will be irrevocable, SBLC/DLC (Letter of Credit), transferable, confirmed, unconditional, irrevocable and divisible, active, operating and issued by one of the Top 50 World Banks, conforms to the contract. The Payments will be released to the seller at the port of loading port agaisnt shipping documents through POP, the amount of each BL (Bill of Shipment), SGS (Quality Certificate) or equivalent international certification, together with all the documents and export procedures, as detailed on the contract.

    SAMPLES OR VISITS: Not available or planned. The irrefutable proof of product is provided by the seller's PRIME BANK, which certifies that the product will be delivered according to the specifications of the contract. PROOF OF PAST PERFORMANCE: Our providers WILL NOT provide historical data, such as previous shipping bills (BL), ocean shipping bills, SGS reports, lab tests, PBG, SOP, contracts, etc., or any examples document that can be plagiarized or falsified by third parties.
