Common Questions

We created this channel in order to clear any doubts about our company, products and respective services.
In this way we can further build up our partnerships.

Dear Partner;

Due to legal and confidential purposes, we do not provide historical data from other buyers, such as previous shipment invoices, Bills of Lading, shipper invoices, SGS reports, laboratory tests, Performance Certificates, Proof of Product (POP), contracts, etc., or any sample document that violates the rules of the ICC (International Chamber of Commerce) and may be plagiarized or falsified. We cannot disclose past performance or provide any copies of documents, certificates and the like. We and our counterparts, clients and customers, experienced problems with documents used illegally by Companies / Brokers operating in the international trade market. Proof of Product will be presented by Seller's bank to Buyer's bank at the time specified in the Procedures, considering the situation at that time. Please do not insist, as we understand that any communication that is not bank to bank is also of no value to us or to the buyer / client / customer. We respect our customers, but at the same time we expect them to follow certain rules to enable the system.
Welcome to POINTUP.

POINTUP is very transparent in its way of acting and for this reason we have been in this commodity market for the last 4 years, but the people who participate in the company already have an average of 20 years of experience in foreign trade.
A Proof of Product is something that is very important to be sent by Swift Banking to our clients. After all, our relationship with our bank is one of full trust. We can not fail.
We will only issue a document that guarantees the existence of the product, price and guarantee of supply for the period of the contract.
We understand that there are companies in the market that immediately, upon receipt of the Proof of Funds (POF) by Swift banking, which guarantee that the buyer has financial conditions to honor the contract, the Seller responds immediately with a Proof of Product (POP), without make sure that your supplier actually guarantees that it can supply the goods for the entire contract, price and quantities.
Our way of acting is honest with the client.

How Proof of Product happens
— The Buyer issues the LOI,
— The Seller (Point Up) issues the FCO,
— The Buyer returns it signed and sealed,
— Buyer issues an ICPO + RWA,
— The Seller (Point Up) receives the Proof of Funds (POF) from the Buyer, through bank Swift,
— The Seller (Point Up) sends the Contract Draft (SPA) to the Buyer,
— The Buyer signs and seals the SPA,
— The Seller (Point Up) sends by Docusign for it to be signed definitively and with Notary registration.
— With the SPA contract signed, the Buyer will go to his bank to open the Banking Instrument (SBLC/DLC),
— The Seller (Point Up) receives the Bank Instrument (SBLC/DLC),
— The Sales (Point Up) sends the order to the slaughterhouse,
— The slaughterhouse, supplier of chickens or beef meat, accepts the order and sends it to the Control Production Department (CPD) so that the order corresponding to this contract (SPA) can be processed,
— Once the order is accepted, the slaughterhouse will send a Proof of Product (POP) to Point Up, accepting the product that must be available, the price for the total of the 12-month contract, and the quantities to be they will ship monthly, and most importantly, without fail.
— The Seller (Point Up) receives the Proof of Product (POP) from the slaughterhouse that is his supplier, and there yes, with total security, without falsifying any document, he issues a Proof of Product, with a NOTARIZED LETTER signed by our President, Founder & CEO of POINTUP Mr. Jovane A. de Freitas.

That's why most buyers choose us, for the clear and transparent way of acting in a market. Full of companies operate in different ways, but not always in the right way.

We will continue to do so in the same way, preserving our integrity, without issuing documents that do not have a guarantee of supply, quantity and a fixed price that covers the entire contract.

— Agreement Signed and stamped by Point Up and the Buyer, registered at the Notary
— A Banking Instrument that, if Point Up violates any provision of the contract, the value of the Banking Instrument returns to the Buyer's account.
— The Buyer has the obligation to check if his bank can exchange keys and/or communicate via swift with our choosed bank before send his LC. We assume any responsibility on this sense.
